Baby Gunther

A mean dog

has a reason to be so.

On The Range

On The Range

It would be good to understand that

biting the back of a porcupine

gains you nothing,

and you suffer much.

Speak

Summer Days

Summer Days

Tell your dog you love him.

Who knows if he can understand the words,

Their meaning or intent?

You certainly do.

Seek not after answers,

But after the

Joy of Wonder.

Nishan Hill, September

Nishan Hill, September

Walk all the way to the edges of your spaces.

Why leave part of your world unexplored?

That’s nonsense.

Knock Knock

Knock Knock

You are not required to stick to The Trail.

It’s just a guideline, easy access,

A means of transit.

Go where your nose leads you.

Welcome to Chow Dog Zen

Philosophy of Chuy the Wonderdog

With a little collaboration, Chuy and I have assembled a variety of life lessons and observations born of our fifteen-year journey. Life is for living, and it doesn’t last all that long, so we need to make the most of what we have.

I’m thankful for every moment we spent together, and since his passing into the next realm not a day has passed without smiles and laughter upon recollection of our time together on this planet.

Nor has a day passed without tears at the loss of the finest friend I have ever known.

Chuy Philosophy

Guard your people fiercely.

Love them the same way.
